Because our products are made to order, all sales are final.

All Sales Are Final

Due to the nature of print-on-demand production:

  • We do not accept returns or exchanges.

  • We do not offer refunds for buyer’s remorse, incorrect sizing, color variations, or changes of mind.

  • Please review all product descriptions, sizing charts, and details carefully before placing your order.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

While all sales are final, we will gladly assist you if:

  • Your item arrives damaged, or

  • You receive the incorrect item

If this occurs, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at thefairywitchco@usa.com and include:

  • Your order number

  • Clear photos of the issue

We will review the situation and arrange a replacement if applicable.

Order Cancellations

Orders cannot be canceled once they have been placed, as production begins shortly after purchase.

Color and Appearance Disclaimer

Please note:

  • Colors may vary slightly due to screen settings and printing processes.

  • Minor variations are normal and are not considered defects.
